Dr. Melnik is our family doctor and absolutely lives up to all expectations of one. She knows and remembers everything about our family. The ladies at the desk always find a spot available. If we do leave a message, Doctor always calls back that same day and takes her time to talk to us and hear our concerns. They are professional, helpful and patient. Thank you team Rockford and Dr. Melnik especially!!!

Website lists their availability, and states that it's subject to change depending on the physicians availability without notice. Arrived Saturday, only to find the place closed without a notice on the door or anything (please see attached picture). This clinic is basically open whenever they are in the mood for it. Place is poorly ran, and managed. They have no respect for your time, look for a place that will respect your time and medical condition equally.

Was a walk in at 1:00 pm, I was asked if I was okay with the hour wait time, which was about an hour, I said yes as long as I was out by 3;00pm as I had other commitments. I waited 2 hours. All meanwhile other walk ins - with children- got in before me? What happened to first come first serve? Keeping in mind I tried to make an appointment over the phone, and I was told that it would be quicker to be a walk in for a simple prescription refill.

The receptionists leave messages on my phone when returning my calls that consist of keyboard button presses and then hang up. If you miss a return phone call because you're busy/working, there is no follow up. Will be switching family doctors immediately.

I have waited over an hour to be called in when I had an appointment at a set time. I came with 2 other ladies and we all checked in to see Dr. Toma at 11:30am. They triple booked me. They literally booked the same doctor with 3 different patients at the same time. I asked the front agent to rebook me and leave a note that I came and left. I still got a call the next day asking me why I didn't show up to my appointment. Unprofessional and slow.
